You ARE a gift from God

The Reverend Ed Bacon's clarifications on "Being Gay Is a Gift From God."
Reverend Bacon created quite a stir on the Oprah show when he declared that "being gay is a gift from God."

    I saw his appearance on Oprah and I thought it was a powerful moment when he said that being gay was a gift from God. I know that it will not instantly convert people who think otherwise, but at least it gives pause to those who are unsure. And for people who have been told for so long that who they are keeps them separate from God, I felt a collected sigh of relief. All believers need to know that God loves them. I also believe there would be more believers if they got to know God for themselves and not through the eyes of someone else.
